Admissions

Children can transfer to Southwater Junior School from Southwater Infants at the end of the school year in which they reach seven, however there is no automatic right to transfer and places are allocated according to the current W.S.C.C. admissions’ criteria. Children can also transfer from any other school, at any age between seven and eleven, if there are spaces available. For families moving into the area, places (if available) can only be granted on confirmation of residency. Preliminary visits to the school by prospective parents and children are welcomed and can be arranged by telephoning the school office on 01403 730475.

Advice and information about school admissions can be obtained from the School Office or by contacting W.S.C.C. by emailing admissions@westsussex.gov.uk or phoning on 0845 075 1007, where they will arrange for a pack to be sent out to you.
